ValueMapping is developed and owned by Business Excellence International Ltd, a UK based business solutions provider.

In 2002 the approach received support from the DTI Best Practice Unit and was brought to life through partnership with the innovative IT company, Spira Hellic Multimedia.

ValueMapping is a facilitated approach that uses a highly visual and engaging IT based ValueMapping programme that has a large number of beneficial applications in the private, public and voluntary sector.

In its Strategic Performance Management role the tool is a way for management and employees to view the business and act to ensure it achieves its potential. It can be used by business units, departments, teams and/or individuals.

ValueMapping helps represent, track and grow value in relation to specific contracts, projects and even personal development plans.
